Note: Once you complete your online application to JOIN, you then need to click on the documents below with red dashes and arrows. These all need to be completed by you and then FAXed to the Broker for Your State. Be sure to keep copies for yourself.

For WA State, you would FAX these 4 completed documents to 888-679-3478. Or, you can scan them into your computer and then email them as attachments to watransactions1@connectrealty.com.
Now, wait about 15 minutes and pick up the phone and dial 800-679-8772 and ask for Chelsea.

Chelsea is the transaction coordinator and awesome staff member for our WA State Brokers Office. You are calling her just to be sure she got the paperwork OK.   Your license is considered transferred when the license transfer requests is put in the mail by Staff and postmarked.

Next step is, Chelsea or a staff member will send you a couple MLS forms for you to complete and then you can FAX or PDF them to the MLS so they show Connect Realty as your new Brokerage.

If you use a keypad, it will not work until you take to an area MLS office and they will reprogram it with your new brokerage identity.

There usually is a MLS fee (about $10) for transferring your brokerage and updating the keypad.
