and I am a Team Leader and Nationwide Recruiter and I recruit brokers

As a Connect Realty
Mentor, I help new
agents get on their way
to success. If you
are a new agent, I'll
assist in technique,
methods, process, and
everything it takes to
achieve
5 transactions, from
cradle to grave. If
you're out of state oir
out of my area, don't
worry ---- we are
virtual. We do
this all the time and
you will learn by doing.
Just don't deviate from
what is recommended. You won't ever
feel like you are in
this alone...unless of
course you want to be.
